Product introduction:

With reference to the latest international technology, this production line can intensive mix PVC/PE/PP/PS etc. Plastic and plant fibre, adopts high-speed conical double-screw extruder, and equip with the forced cooling and calibrating system. With the advantages of environment-friendly, moisture proof, antiseptic and anti-crush, applicable to timber processing mode and recyclable, the WPC plate is widely used in the areas of wide width door plate, partition wall plate, building-template, floor for containers, plates for furniture, etc.

The wood-plastic is a new kind of synthetic material through the process of mixing\exruding\calibrating\hualing off and cutting, which uses PVC, PP, PE resin or recycled plastic and plant fibre (wood powder\chaff\straw etc. ) as raw material. This kind of wood-plastic are not only very similar with natural wood in appearance and feel, but also have the same characteristics as wood of excisable\ planeable\sawable\ unmatched grip\low bibulous rate\ good moisture resistance\ mothproof\mildew resistance\good resistance to acid and alkali\anti-corrosion, and it has the feature of fire resistance. SJMS series of conical double-screw extruder is specializing in extruding pipes using various kinds of PVC powder. When equipped with different moulds and auxiliary machines, the machine can produce various of PVC pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, rods and pellets.

Features: 1, The screw adopts circulating oil cooling device, so that the friction temperature would be quite allowable. 2, The screw barrel adopts special designed wind cooling system, which makes repair quite easy. 3, According to different material mixing requirements of customer, the machine can be equipped with the screws with rensonable structure, to make sure desirable plasticization and quality of flowing substance. 4, The centers of driving motor, reduction box and screw are assembled in a line, which ensures easy maintenance. 5, The specially designed distributing box has extra-sized thrust bearings with long rotation lifespan. They are originally imported and can bear more powerful extruding pressure. 6, Euipped with forced feeding device, the extruder ensures consisten speed of material diacharging and extruding.
